Kultali Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College has started its journey in 2006. Since the inception of the college it has its own library. It is the nerve center of the learning process in the college. Having good collection of books including reference books the college always try to hold up its teaching learning process as well as research culture among faculties, students and staff members.

This library is a member of N-LIST (a project funded by the MHRD through INFLIBNET) which provides electronic access to can access 6300+ ejournals and 1, 00,000 ebooks. A reading area with seating capacity of 12 students.
