Library Hours

Monday to Saturday  -  10.45 AM – 4.00 PM

• Reading room facility is available from 10.45 a.m. to 4.00 p.m on all working days except Saturday 10.00 to 2.30. But circulation suspended one hour before of the closing time.
• Membership is required for using the Library.
• The Students may borrow 2 books for 15 days and may renew the same for additional 15 days.
• The Full me teachers may borrow 2 books for 15 days.
• The Library is under CCTV Surveillance.
• Retaining books for more than the stipulated period is liable for a fine of Rs. 1.0 /day/book.
• Members have to keep their bags (excluding purse & mobile) in the baggage counter to access Library.
• No student is allowed to take additional copy of same title at a time.
• Disregard of library rules and misbehavior will render students liable to be denied access to the library.
• Use of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the Library.

Loss of Library Books

• In case of loss of Library book, the latest edition of the lost book is to be replaced to the library.
• Decision on out of print books will be taken by the Library Committee.
• Borrowed books are to be returned before appearing any Semester Examinations. No Mark sheet will be issued unless library clearance is issued by the library staff.

The library rules framed above are subject to change from time to time as when Library Committee deems it necessary to reframe the same.
